What is included with weekly pool service?
Our weekly service includes routine cleaning, water testing and balancing, debris removal, brushing as needed, basket cleaning, and a visual check of your pool and equipment to help keep your water clean, clear, and swim-ready.

Are pool chemicals included with weekly service?
Standard chemicals used to maintain proper water balance and sanitation are included with regular weekly service. Specialty treatments or unusually high chemical needs may be quoted separately.

Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We service both traditional chlorine and saltwater pools, including routine water balancing and monitoring of your salt system.

Do you service spas and hot tubs?

Yes. We provide routine cleaning and water-care services for residential spas and hot tubs.

Do I need to be home when you service my pool?
No. As long as we have safe access to the pool and equipment, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service.

Do you offer one-time cleanings and green pool cleanups?
Yes. In addition to weekly service, we offer one-time cleanings, green pool cleanups, vacation/temporary service, and help getting neglected pools back into shape.

Can you help if my pool equipment isn't working properly?
Yes. We can inspect and troubleshoot many common pool equipment issues. If the problem requires specialized repair or replacement, we'll explain what we find and discuss the next step with you.
